General shipping Conditions

Delivery times are estimated and are counted since we validate the order of your purchase and the means of payment used.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping data is correct before ordering, as this may cause delays in delivery. In case you have made a mistake in registering data, you should contact us as soon as possible.

We make national and international shipments. You can view the shipping conditions according to their location in the following points:

1. Shipments in Peru

All national shipments are made through the company Olva Courier.

The estimated delivery time since we validated the purchase until it arrives at your home is 1 to 7 business days.

It is possible that the delivery time is higher than the estimated for remote areas.

Shipping prices in Peru are as follows:

• Lima Department:  S/12
  
• All Perú (excluding Lima):  S/20

2. International Shipments

International shipments are made through the postal service of Peru (Serpost). Once it arrives in the country of destination, the postal service of that country will be responsible for the delivery.

Once we have validated the purchase, we will ship the items within 1- 5 business days. Once the shipment is done, we will notify the customer by email.

Shipping method and estimated delivery time:

              Standard Airmail:

• Estimated delivery time: 12 to 40 days
• Carrier: Serpost (www.serpost.com.pe)

It is possible that the delivery time is higher than the estimated for remote areas.

Shipping prices vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of the order.

You can know the shipping cost before you make the purchase.

Customs charges

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs duties or other charges when you enter the country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the beneficiary of the order and vary according to the country.
